Summary:
The regulation consists of 20 articles, it deals with different issues among which are: licensing procedures, applications, conditions that must be meet by the internet Café or center, age of persons using internet café, transfer of ownership, services offered by the internet café, privacy and information, inspection and violations.

Summary:
The law consists of 105 articles and 15 chapters signed by Yasser Arfat. it deals with telecommunication network, frequency managing, network license, license issuing authority, commitments of licensee, license renewal, amendment and annulment, technical approval, phone line setup and maintenance, telecommunication equipment and investment, wireless station use terms, ownership, seize authority, crimes and penalties and other issues.

Summary:
The law regulate the activities of internet services providers and internet duly authorised representatives in Kuwait. It consists of 11 articles that address different issues. Among the issues addressed by the law include: the power of the MOC to consider applications related to establishing internet services to clients, the requirements that that DARs and ISPs has to fulfil in order to provide internet services, documents required to for the issuance of licence and penalties against DARs and ISPs and other issues.

The law consist of 93 articles and 12 chapters. It covers the following: Telecommunication regulatory commission, licensing of telecommunication network, frequency management and licensing, renewal, amendment and cancellation of licenses, control of licenses and protection of beneficiaries, seizure authority, crime, penalties and final provisions.
